Some questions I know we'll get:
What if I already have a monthly account?
We are hand verifying all accounts and will PAUSE your current monthly billing with an "Until reactivated" option. What this does, is HOLDS your current monthly pricing in the case that you wish to revert back to monthly in future (prices are set to rise on January 2nd).
I've still got XX days left on my monthly, do I get credit?
Yes, we'll just add the expiry date onto the end so you don't lose out on anything.
Will I be able to cancel any time?
Yes, but be aware there are no refunds, not even pro-rated. If you cancel before the renewal date, your access will revert to main at the expected renewal date when payment doesn't process.
Does this lock in my annual pricing?
YES! It does for as long as you remain an active annual member.
If at the end of the year, can I flip back to monthly if my budget requires it?
Yes you can! If you've had us pause your existing payment, as explained above, it will resume at whatever price you have in place now. However, if you do not have an existing monthly membership at this time, simply know that you will be paying whatever the current monthly prices are at that time of changing over. And all you have to do is let us know this is what you want to do.
How long is this offer good for?
This special flash sale is ONLY available for the next 48 hours. It ends by 6 p.m. Eastern time zone, Wednesday October 18th.
I don't have the funds today. Can I pay for this on xxx day?
Unfortunately we cannot hold it for you. We've had requests like this in the past, been willing to do it, and then it's ignored. So unfortunately that has ruined it for others, so we will not hold pricing. Once this special pricing closes, it's closed until a future time (If we open it again).
What happens after I purchase? I don't see the change in my account?
This is NOT an automated process because of the special included here. We have to manually adjust your account / pause billing etc. if you have a monthly account, and add it on where applicable. While we're usually pretty quick in taking care of the process for you, please allow 1 business day for it to fully take place. (I do need to sleep sometimes ;).
Anything else? Simply submit a support ticket and we'll get back to you within 2 business days.
